(If everything is in order and if the pass has been pre-paid, guest pass may be picked up at the MICA office Monday through Friday or at the MICA Club gate house on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Your guest must present photo ID along with guest pass at the gate house on each visit, at the boardwalk and all points of entry and exit at the MICA Club when requested. Parking for guest pass holders is permitted 7 days per week, except from February 1 through April 4, when parking is permitted Monday through Friday only. Parking is not permitted on July 4. Guest pass holders may walk onto the MICA Club property on Saturdays and Sundays from February 1 through April 4 and July 4. Payment may not be made at gate house. Parking is permitted seven days per week at Sarazen Park by guest placing guest pass (face up) on dash. Guest pass fees are non-refundable. Member is responsible for conduct of guest while on MICA property. Member is responsible for conduct of guest while on MICA Club and Sarazen Park properties.

Up to two names may be listed on pass. Individual presenting guest pass must be listed on pass and must present photo identification. Guest pass is limited to six individuals in a vehicle, walking or biking, and individuals must enter and leave together at same time.

UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING APPLICATION AND THAT THE FACTS STATED IN IT ARE TRUE. ABUSE OF THE GUEST PASS RULES SUBJECTS THE MEMBER TO REVOCATION OF ALL GUEST PASS PRIVILEGES.

As a member of the Marco Island Civic Association Club, you are granted guest privileges. The guest privileges and regulations are outlined for your convenience:

1. 1. Each household membership is permitted a maximum of five guests per day with member. A member may not drop off a guest at the MICA Club. Member must always accompany his guest.
2. 2. Member will be asked to show his MICA Club ID or photo identification and ID, which will be matched to the membership database. Member may bring five others with him.
3. 3. If a member has a guest staying with him in his Marco Island home, the member can complete a guest pass application, submit the fee, and obtain a pass for the guest. The pass will be in the guest’s name for the guest’s personal use without being with the member. A temporary guest pass may be issued for up to a two-week period.
4. 4. If the member is not on Marco Island but has a family member staying in his Marco Island home, the member may request a temporary guest pass for a period of up to two weeks by completing a guest pass application and submitting the fee.
5. 5. Fee schedule for guest pass: $70 up to seven (7) days, $140 up to fourteen (14) days.
6. 6. Guest pass is limited to six individuals, and they must enter together and leave at the same time.

9. 9. Guest must present photo ID along with guest pass at the gate house on each visit, at the boardwalk and all points of entry and exit at the MICA Club when requested.
10. 10. No Guest Pass will be issued for a renter. Obtaining a Guest Pass for a renter will result in revocation of the MICA Club membership.
11. 11. If a member has a special situation, every effort will be made to accommodate him/her within the above rules.
12. 12. Member is responsible for conduct of guest while on MICA Club and Sarazen Park properties. Transgressions of a member’s guest could result in revocation of the MICA Club membership.
13. 13. Guest pass fees are non-refundable.
