APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY GUEST PASS TO BE USED 9/1/2023-8/31/2024


I am a member of the Marco Island Residents’ Beach. As a member of Residents’ Beach I understand that:

If a member has a family member staying in the Marco Island home and wishes for the guest to enter Residents’ Beach on his own, the member may request a temporary guest pass for a period of up to two weeks.

Fee Schedule:
  1. Up to seven (7) days - $70.00
  2. Up to fourteen (14) days - $140.00

(If everything is in order and if the pass has been pre-paid, guest pass may be picked up at the MICA office Monday through Friday or at the Residents’ Beach gate house on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Your guest must also present photo ID along with guest pass at the gate house on each visit. Parking for guest pass holders is permitted 7 days per week, except from February 1 through April 9, when parking is permitted Monday through Friday only. Parking is not permitted on July 4. Guest pass holders may walk onto the Residents’ Beach property on Saturdays and Sundays from February 1 through April 9 and July 4. Payment may not be made at gate house. Parking is permitted seven days per week at Sarazen Park by guest placing guest pass (face up) on dash. Guest pass fees are non-refundable. Member is responsible for conduct of guest while on MICA property.

    Up to two names may be listed on pass. Individual presenting guest pass must be listed on pass and must present photo identification. Guest pass is limited to six individuals in a vehicle, walking or biking, and individuals must enter together at same time.

    UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING APPLICATION AND THAT THE FACTS STATED IN IT ARE TRUE. ABUSE OF THE GUEST PASS RULES SUBJECTS THE MEMBER TO REVOCATION OF ALL GUEST PASS PRIVILEGES.

  4. MARCO ISLAND RESIDENTS' BEACH GUEST PRIVILEGES
    As a member of the Marco Island Civic Association’s Residents’ Beach you are granted guest privileges. The guest privileges and regulations are outlined for your convenience:
    1. Each household membership is permitted a maximum of five guests per day with the member.
    2. You will be asked to show your Residents’ Beach ID or photo identification and your ID will be matched to the computer list. This allows you to also bring five others with you.
    3. If a member has a guest staying with him in his Marco Island home, the member can complete a guest pass application, submit the fee, and obtain a pass for the guest. The pass will be in the guest’s name for the guest’s personal use without being with the member. A temporary guest pass may be issued for up to a two week period. The member can personally come in and renew the pass one time and submit the fee if the guest is staying with him in his Marco Island home for more than two weeks.
    4. If the member is not on Marco Island but has a family member staying in his Marco Island home, the member may request a temporary guest pass for a period of up to two weeks by completing a guest pass application and submitting the fee. The guest pass is not renewable.
    5. Fee schedule for guest passes: $70 up to seven (7) days, $140 up to fourteen (14) days.

If everything on application is in order and the pass has been pre-paid, guest pass may be picked up at the MICA office Monday through Friday or at the Residents’ Beach gate house on Saturday and Sunday.     8. Parking at Residents’ Beach for guest pass holders is permitted seven days per week except from February 1 through April 9, when parking is permitted Monday through Friday only. No parking is permitted on July 4. Guest pass holders may walk onto the Residents’ Beach property on Saturdays and Sundays from February 1 through April 9 and on July 4. Parking at MICA’s Sarazen Park is permitted seven days per week by placing the guest pass on the dashboard. Payment for guest pass may not be made at gate house.
    9. No Guest Pass will be issued for a renter. Obtaining a Guest Pass for a renter will result in revocation of your Residents’ Beach membership.
    10. If a member has a special situation, every effort will be made to accommodate him/her within the above rules
    11. Guest pass fees are non-refundable.
